Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy describes refunds and cancellations for Doctor@Home services, in line with Indian payment gateway and consumer protection requirements.
1. Consultations (doctor / nurse)
Cancellation by you: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the slot (minus any gateway charges). Within 24 hours, partial or no refund may apply. By us: Full refund if we cancel. No-show: Fee may not be refunded.
2. Medicine orders
Cancel before confirmation/dispatch for full refund. After dispatch, returns follow pharmacy policy and law (e.g. no return of opened prescription medicines where prohibited). Wrong/defective items: replacement or refund as per our policy.
3. Lab tests
Full refund if cancelled before sample collection. After collection, no refund for test fee; package refund only in case of service failure (e.g. report not delivered).
4. Refund processing
Refunds are processed to the same payment source within 5–10 business days. Gateway/bank delays may apply. For QR/manual payments, refund after we confirm the original payment.
5. Disputes
Contact us first at support@doctorathome.com or 1800-000-0000 with your order/booking ID. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
