1. Use of service

You must be 18+ or have guardian consent. Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. In emergencies contact 108 or a hospital.

2. Healthcare

We connect you with doctors, nurses, labs and pharmacies. We do not provide medical advice. The professional relationship is between you and the provider.

3. Payments

You agree to pay fees shown at booking. Refunds and cancellations are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Payment gateway terms also apply.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months.
